What’s New for the 2025-2026 Broadway Entertainment Season?
For the first time ever, each Broadway production will be performed over two consecutive nights: Opening Night and Encore Night. This new format provides greater flexibility, increased seat availability, and a customized subscription experience for all season ticket holders.
What is the Difference Between Opening Night and Encore Night Performances?
Opening Night
- The first performance of each Broadway show.
- Ideal for returning subscribers looking to keep their current seat locations.
- Cultural Foundation Members who renew for Opening Night will enjoy exclusive access to the member reception.
Encore Night
- The second night of the show with more open seating options.
- Perfect for new subscribers or current patrons wanting to upgrade or switch seats.
- Cultural Foundation Members renewing for Encore Night will receive special entry into the Theatre and access to a Member-Only bar.
Can I Choose Both Opening and Encore Nights in My Season Package?
Subscribers must choose either Opening Night or Encore Night for each individual season subscription package—mixing nights across the season is not allowed within a single package.
However, you can purchase two full season subscriptions—one for Opening Night and one for Encore Night—if you’d like to attend both performances of each Broadway show.
How Do Seat Renewals and Selections Work for the Season?
During the renewal window, current season ticket holders can:
- Keep their existing seats for Opening Night.
- Request seat changes within Opening Night, based on availability.
- Request priority access to Encore Night while holding onto their Opening Night seats until Encore Night selections are confirmed.
All seat selections are finalized before new subscriptions go on sale to the public.
Can I Switch Performance Nights for Individual Broadway Shows?
Yes. Ticket holders may request a one-time switch between Opening and Encore Night for any show. Transfers depend on availability of comparable seats and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
What Happens to My Subscription for the 2026–2027 Broadway Season?
Your subscription will automatically renew with the same night and seats you selected for 2025–2026. You’ll still have the option to request changes during the next renewal period—though changes are not guaranteed and depend on seat availability.
Are Season Seats Valid for Other Events at The Classic Center Theatre?
No. Season subscription seats apply only to Broadway Entertainment Series performances. They do not guarantee seating for other concerts, shows, or events at The Classic Center Theatre.
When Can I Buy Additional Single Tickets?
Season ticket holders will receive exclusive early access to single ticket sales starting Wednesday, September 10 — ahead of the public sale.
